Five Ingredient Vegan Protein Balls

Quick, easy and utterly delicious, these vegan protein balls are perfect for that 3pm belly growl. Make them on Sunday and enjoy throughout the week!

Tip: Use this as your base recipe and experiment with adding your favourite dried fruit, chocolate chips or coconut.

Ingredients

125 mL peanut butter

50 g oats

2 tsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla

1 scoop vanilla Vega® Essentials or Clean* Protein

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and roll into balls. If the mixture feels too dry, add a teaspoon of water and adjust until you reach a roll-able dough like consistency.
  2. Store in an air tight container or in the freezer for up to two weeks.
