Quick, easy and utterly delicious, these vegan protein balls are perfect for that 3pm belly growl. Make them on Sunday and enjoy throughout the week!
Tip: Use this as your base recipe and experiment with adding your favourite dried fruit, chocolate chips or coconut.
125 mL peanut butter
50 g oats
2 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and roll into balls. If the mixture feels too dry, add a teaspoon of water and adjust until you reach a roll-able dough like consistency.
- Store in an air tight container or in the freezer for up to two weeks.
