Cinnamon Swirl Smoothie

Craving a cinnamon swirl for breakfast? Why not try making your own smoothie version from the comfort of your own home?

Ingredients

1 large frozen banana

25 g gluten-free rolled oats

1 scoop (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials or 1 scoop (35 g) Vanilla Vega® Clean* Protein

1 Tbsp almond butter

2-3 pitted dates

300 mL unsweetened almond drink

1 tsp cinnamon or more to taste

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of pink sea salt

Optional toppings: cinnamon sprinkle, cinnamon stick, chopped pecans

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth!
  3. Optional toppings are highly recommended!
