Everything you love about an apple pie, but in a smoothie! This combo delivers a delicious combination of sweetness and spice to start your day.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp of gluten-free oats

2 Tbsp almond butter

1 apple, chopped

¼ tsp of nutmeg

1½ tsp of cinnamon

2-3 ice cubes

375 mL plant-based drink like almond

1 scoop (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smoothie and enjoy!
