½ ripe banana, fresh or frozen
3 pitted dates
250 mL unsweetened almond drink, or water
1 serving (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials
1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
