Banoffee Smoothie

If you have yet to try dates in your smoothie, you’re in for a treat! Not only are they high in fibre, but they add a delicious caramel flavour when combined with Vega® Essentials.

Ingredients

½ ripe banana, fresh or frozen
3 pitted dates
250 mL unsweetened almond drink, or water
1 serving (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
