Matcha Avocado Smoothie

Double trouble – turn this recipe into a smoothie or latte, whichever you prefer. Basically, nothing can matcha this recipe.

Ingredients

350 mL unsweetened almond drink

¼ avocado (freeze the rest for smoothies or use for some avocado toast)

2 tsp matcha

1 scoop (34 g) vanilla Vega® Essentials

A few drops of peppermint extract

Preparation

  1. Hot: Warm the almond drink in a pan, then blend with the other ingredients until frothy.
  2. Cold: Add ice, and blend until smooth.
