Ingredients
350 mL unsweetened almond drink
¼ avocado (freeze the rest for smoothies or use for some avocado toast)
2 tsp matcha
1 scoop (34 g) vanilla Vega® Essentials
A few drops of peppermint extract
Preparation
- Hot: Warm the almond drink in a pan, then blend with the other ingredients until frothy.
- Cold: Add ice, and blend until smooth.
