Mango Lassi Smoothie

Refresh and spice up your morning with this mango lassi inspired, thick and creamy smoothie.


1 serving (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials
250 mL unsweetened plant-based drink (like coconut drink)
125 mL plain plant-based alternative to yoghurt
150 g frozen or fresh mango
1/2 tsp cardamom (no cardamom, no problem. Try cinnamon, allspice or leave it out entirely)
Optional: ice


  1.  Blend, sprinkle with cardamom, sip, refresh.
