Ingredients

375 mL unsweetened almond drink

1 scoop vanilla Vega Essentials

125 mL vanilla plant-based alternative to yoghurt

½ lemon, juice and zest

Gluten-free biscuit

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Top with a crumbled biscuit
