Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas
3 avocados, ready to eat
200 mL coconut drink
1 scoop (34 g) vanilla Vega® Essentials
Juice of 1 lime
Optional toppings:
Banana
Dragon fruit
Star fruit
125 g blueberries
Handful of granola
Preparation
- Add the bananas, avocado, coconut drink, and Vega Essentials with half of the lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth adding more lime juice to flavour.
- Divide into 4 bowls and finish with toppings of your choice: dragon fruit, star fruit, sliced banana, blueberries and granola.
