A smooth and creamy ice lolly? It’s bananas! Enjoy these chunky monkey ice lollies as a delicious dessert, afternoon snack, or even after your workout. Sweet, nutty and super simple to make.
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
60 g unsalted peanut butter
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
250 mL unsweetened almond or coconut drink
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Optional: Chocolate sauce and peanuts to drizzle on top.
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds.
- Freeze overnight.
- When you want to enjoy, remove the lolly from the mould, drizzle chocolate sauce on top, top with peanuts, and enjoy!
