Choc-O-Lot Chia Pudding

Looking for a little chocolate fix without the guilt? Our chocolate chia pudding recipe is going to satisfy your craving and give you a little extra protein too. Perfect for an afternoon chocolate snack, a delicious dessert or a morning kick starter. Top with frozen berries or some crunchy almonds for a little something special.

Ingredients

1 scoop (37 g) Chocolate Vega® Clean* Protein

1 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder

¼ tsp vanilla

2 Tbsp chia seeds

125 mL of unsweetened almond drink 

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Optional Toppings: fresh or frozen berries and chopped almonds

Preparation

  1. Mix the Chocolate Vega® Clean* Protein, cacao, vanilla, almond drink, maple syrup and chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Stir until combined and store (covered) in the fridge for at least 20 min (it can be left to set overnight if you want to have it ready for breakfast).
  3. Top with berries, nuts, and enjoy.

 

*Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator (without topping) for up to 3 days.
