Ingredients
350 mL coconut drink
1 Tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop (34 g) vanilla Vega® Essentials
½ lemon, zest and juice
50 g frozen cherries
Crumbled vegan and gluten-free digestive for topping
Preparation
- Blend the coconut drink, cashew butter, vanilla extract, Vega protein, lemon juice and zest until smooth.
- Add in the cherries and pulse until they are chopped but not smoothie
- Top with a crumbled digestive for decoration!
