Cherry Cheesecake Vegan Smoothie

Cheesecake… for breakfast… that’s vegan… say what!!! Give this a go and you will not be disappointed.

Ingredients

350 mL coconut drink

1 Tbsp cashew butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 scoop (34 g) vanilla Vega® Essentials

½ lemon, zest and juice

50 g frozen cherries

Crumbled vegan and gluten-free digestive for topping

Preparation

  1. Blend the coconut drink, cashew butter, vanilla extract, Vega protein, lemon juice and zest until smooth.
  2. Add in the cherries and pulse until they are chopped but not smoothie
  3. Top with a crumbled digestive for decoration!
