Chilled chamomile tea makes a fantastic base to a smoothie, and even though it’s often drunk before bed, it’s also great for anytime of the day.
250 mL chilled chamomile tea (brewed for 5 minutes)
65 g frozen or fresh peaches
½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
65 mL ice
1 serving (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials
- Brew the chamomile tea for 5 minutes, remove the teabag and chill.
- Add the chilled tea and the rest of the ingredients to a blender, blend, and serve.
