Ingredients
375 mL plant-based drink (like almond drink) or filtered water
1 large carrot
1 serving (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials
2 Tbsp gluten-free oats
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp ginger (fresh preferred or ground)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all spice
