Berry-nice Smoothie

Always thought making a layered smoothie so it was Instagram worthy would be difficult? Well, think again. You make one batch but stagger when you add the ingredients! Mind blown.

Ingredients

1 banana

4-5 ice cubes

250 mL unsweetened almond drink

1 scoop (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials

50 g frozen raspberries

50 g frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients, except the berries, until smoothie
  2. Pour half of the smoothie into a glass, keeping the other half in the blender
  3. Add the raspberries and blend until smooth
  4. Pour half of remaining smoothie on top of 1st layer in the glass
  5. Add the blueberries to remaining smoothie in the blender, and blend until smooth
  6. Top off the glass with your final layer of smoothie
  7. Take a picture, Instagram it, and enjoy!
