Always thought making a layered smoothie so it was Instagram worthy would be difficult? Well, think again. You make one batch but stagger when you add the ingredients! Mind blown.
Ingredients
1 banana
4-5 ice cubes
250 mL unsweetened almond drink
1 scoop (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials
50 g frozen raspberries
50 g frozen blueberries
Preparation
- Blend all the ingredients, except the berries, until smoothie
- Pour half of the smoothie into a glass, keeping the other half in the blender
- Add the raspberries and blend until smooth
- Pour half of remaining smoothie on top of 1st layer in the glass
- Add the blueberries to remaining smoothie in the blender, and blend until smooth
- Top off the glass with your final layer of smoothie
- Take a picture, Instagram it, and enjoy!
