Have you every mixed a juice with a smoothie? Well after trying this orange and carrot smoothie, you will never look back.
Ingredients
4 carrots
1 orange
2 cm root ginger
200 mL unsweetened almond drink
1 scoop chocolate Vega® Essentials
1 banana
2 Tbsp flaxseed
½ tsp cinnamon
Preparation
- Use a juicer, and press the peeled orange, carrot and ginger, then set aside.
- In a blender, blend the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and poor over the juice. Stir through with a spoon and enjoy!
