Ingredients
10 large dates
2 tsp coconut oil
3 Tbsp desiccated coconut
110 g crystallized ginger
Sea salt, to taste
Preparation
- Place the ingredients, except the sea salt, into a food processor and process for 30-45 seconds.
- Shape into bars and lightly dust with sea salt.
- Place into freezer for a chewy and delicious bite anytime!
