Pre-workout Energy Bar

Need a quick bite before you run out the door? Make a batch of Pre-Workout Energy Bars to store in your freezer!

Ingredients

10 large dates
2 tsp coconut oil
3 Tbsp desiccated coconut
110 g crystallized ginger
Sea salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients, except the sea salt, into a food processor and process for 30-45 seconds.
  2. Shape into bars and lightly dust with sea salt.
  3. Place into freezer for a chewy and delicious bite anytime!
