90 g steel cut oats
110 g carrots, grated
1.25 litres water
1 serving (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials
40 g raisins
½ tsp sea salt
30 g chopped walnuts
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- Place all the ingredients, except the walnuts and maple syrup, in your slow-cooker and cook on low for 7 hours.
- Once the oats have finished cooking, top with chopped walnuts and drizzle with maple syrup.
