We’ve added just the right amount of ginger zing to this tangy cranberry smoothie. The perfect way to use up any leftover cranberries!
50 g cranberries, fresh or frozen
½ inch of ginger root
1 scoop (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials
375 mL plant-based drink like almond or coconut
Optional: 2-3 dates or a tsp of maple syrup for added sweetness
