It may taste luxurious but you can have this smoothie for breakfast if you like! What a way to entice you out of bed in the morning.
½ an avocado
125 mL light coconut milk (from a can)
180 – 250 mL coconut drink
60 mL coconut plant-based alternative to yoghurt
½ frozen banana
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp coconut
1 scoop (34 g) Vanilla Vega® Essentials
- Add all the ingredients (except Vega® Essentials) to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more coconut drink to the smoothie if you prefer a smoother consistency.
- Once blended thoroughly, add Vega® Essentials and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
